An ambitious project located on the Cádiz Coast; where Millenium Hospitality Real Estate (MHRE) will develop the best golf and beach resort in southern Europe.
In December 2019, MHRE acquired a total of 92,000m2 of land by the sea, on the first line of the best beach on the San Roque coast and including two 18-hole golf courses at Alcaidesa Golf Club surrounding a future five-star resort with 213 rooms and suites and luxury residences, which prestigious international chain Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will open in 2024.

La Hacienda Links Golf es ahora un moderno y exclusivo Club con todos los servicios al alcance de los golfistas más exigentes. Dos campos de Golf, Links y Heathland, que han sido reformados para alcanzar los altos estándares de excelencia actuales del club. El primero “Links course”, después de su profunda remodelación de la mano del prestigioso Kurtis Bowman y tras su inauguración; en un tiempo récord, ya ha conseguido ser un referente como el único campo “Links” del sur de Europa con unas vistas incomparables. El segundo “Heathland Course” se ha convertido en el lugar obligado para todos los jugadores que visitan la zona.
Enhancing the five-star golf experience are facilities including a recently upgraded driving range, a prestigious academy, a pro shop and a new gastronomic experience served up by the famous Azotea restaurant group and not to be missed at SAL VERDE Restaurant Casa Club and SAL VERDE Arena Bar.
