An ambitious project located on the Cádiz Coast; where Millenium Hospitality Real Estate (MHRE) will develop the best golf and beach resort in southern Europe.
MHRE acquired in December 2019 a total of 92 thousand m2 of land next to the sea, on the first line of the best beach on the coast of San Roque and two golf courses in the Alcaidesa Golf Club surrounding the future 5 Star Resort with 213 rooms and luxury residences; which will open in 2024 by the hand of the prestigious international chain Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Alongside construction work on the hotel, the golf clubhouse undergone significant investment and been transformed into one of the leading 36-hole golf venues in Spain and southern Europe.
La Hacienda Links Golf is now a modern and exclusive Club with all the services available to the most demanding golfers. Two golf courses, Links and Heathland, which have been refurbished to meet the club’s current high standards of excellence. The Links course has won widespread acclaim after reopening in June 2022 following a comprehensive renovation and redesign by American architect Kurtis Bowman and is one of the only links-style courses in southern Europe. The second “Heathland Course” has become a must for all players visiting the area.
The offer is completed by an excellent driving range, a prestigious academy, a Pro-Shop and a gastronomic offer offered by the famous Azotea restaurant group in its SAL VERDE Restaurante Casa Club and SAL VERDE Arena Bar.
